This gentle group training is for women ready to quiet the noise of Automatic Negative Thoughts (ANTs) and build a kinder, more encouraging inner voice. Together, we’ll tame the ANTs, grow your inner cheerleader, and connect with a warm community of women who lift each other up.

About the event
This is a gentle, joyful space for women who are ready to quiet the noise of self-doubt and grow with kindness.
Together, we learn to spot and softly “kill the ANTs” — those Automatic Negative Thoughts that crawl in and whisper you’re not enough. With curiosity and compassion, we replace them with truth, laughter, and love.
You’ll build your inner cheerleader and surround yourself with a community of supportive women — your external cheerleaders — who remind you that progress, not perfection, is what truly matters.
Through reflective writing, gentle coaching, and lighthearted conversation, we make the unfamiliar feel familiar, the harsh thoughts softer, and the process joyful instead of painful.
We explore how to befriend your body and mind, calm the craving for constant dopamine, and set intentions that feel like an act of self-care rather than self-discipline.
Because when women come together with kindness and connection, change stops feeling like hard work…
